About Asaanflows

We make ERP simple — that's literally our name

“Asaan” means easy. We exist to make enterprise software easy to adopt, easy to run and easy to grow with — for businesses anywhere in the world.

Our story

ERP specialists, not generalists

Asaanflows was founded by engineers who spent years inside ERPNext and Frappe — building custom apps, rescuing stalled implementations and upgrading production systems across versions. We saw the same pattern again and again: great software, poorly implemented.

So we built a company around doing it properly: understand the business first, use standard features wherever possible, customize only where it pays off, and stay with the client long after go-live.

Today we serve manufacturers, distributors, retailers and service companies across 5 regions — fully remote, with working hours that overlap with the US, UK, Europe and the Gulf.
