A multi-counter mobile phone retailer replaced separate sales, repair and stock spreadsheets with a custom Frappe app covering sales, used-phone purchases, repairs and daily accounting.
The challenge
Sales, used-phone purchases and repair jobs were tracked in three different spreadsheets. Stock never matched, repair status lived on paper slips, and the owner had no daily view of cash and profit.
Our solution
We built a custom Frappe application on top of the latest framework with IMEI-level tracking, repair job cards, sales-admin and salesman roles, and a daily accounting dashboard. The system was later upgraded from v15 to v16 with zero data loss.
